Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are unsure about the condition or suitability of an item for return please contact us first.

Goods must be returned with your packing slip to the address below either in person or delivered.

If returning by post, we suggest a recorded delivery service with proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Returned goods are delivered at your expense and original delivery charges will not be refunded.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@southbankart.co.uk or call 020 7928 9722 as soon as possible. We can then arrange for a collection or return of the goods at our cost and a refund or replacement to be sent out to you.
