What we do?

Our workshop based on our premise on London Road in SE1 is fully equipped to produce any style of frame you require whether it is a hand gilded piece or a modern contemporary frame. Our team of craftspeople have dealt with countless styles of artwork and are equipped with the most modern technology allowing them to produce frames of the very highest standards.

Consultation

Before undertaking any job we require you to visit us with the work you wish to have framed, no appointment is necessary. It is worth having a little think beforehand about the styles and colours you might like and to also consider where it will be displayed.

During the consultation we will discuss framing styles and options to best suit the work and the conditions in which it will be displayed. As conservation picture framers we endeavour to meet conservation standards as specified by the Fine Art Trade Guild and will therefore advise you appropriately. Ultimately we want you to be satisfied with the choices you have made and to be happy with result.

Canvas Framing

Canvas framing requires a different approach and makes available some additional styles. If the canvas needs stretching or sticking to a board we can advise how best to proceed taking into consideration how you may wish to frame the artwork.

How long will it take?

Our normal lead time is roughly 2 weeks. During busy periods this may stretch to 3-4 weeks. Urgent work can be completed sooner depending on stock but an additional fee will be charged.
